A side view
	1. Suvari vaza during instants or hidari hanmi 1 - 3 Forward leg falls a knee on a floor as the crow flies or a little outside (by a bend formed by fingers of a forward leg)...

	3. 3 - 5 not stopping movement, the back leg, knee-to a knee, is substituted to a knee of a forward leg...

	6. 6 - 8... On a knee of the substituted leg rotation and change of the rack is made...

	8. Having made rotation, a back leg, with use of movement of the center, continues movement for a back... Compelling this movement raising a knee of a forward leg from a floor...

	9. At the moment of rotation of a hand move opposite to the center...

Suvari vaza during instants or hidari hanmi Movement Mae sikko- tenkan is executed in advance ( Mae sikko ) with execution tenkan After tenkan , not stopping, (tenkai), two steps forward (the additional turn is made for change of the rack) and repeated execution of movement on other party...

1. Starting position. Instants (or hidari) kamae. The "Forward" leg is perpendicular to a floor, a "back" leg a straight line. The centre of gravity is located closer to a forward leg. Hands are average position (a "forward" hand at a level of a solar plexus, "back" - at a level of a belt).	2. Movement tsugi-asi begins with a "forward" leg which coming off from a floor does movement forward.


3. During movement to watch the center (seika-no-itten) and position of hands.	4. The "Back" leg is tightened to a lobby for restoration of the rack...


5. Further movement proceeds as in items 1 - 4...	6.
