Warm-up and exercises in Aikido
Warm-up - an integral part of training in any kind of sports and Martial Arts.
In Aikido warm-up allows to prepare a body for performance of physical loadings during working off of this or that technics.
It allows to avoid reception of traumas on employment.
Warm-ups can vary depending on the purposes and problems of concrete training day.
Warm-ups in Aikido are:

- - combined
Exercises on those or other parts of a body can differ rather strongly in different clubs.
The main thing - to try to carry out all exercises according to requirements of the instructor.
