Carrying out inclinations back and forth necessarily concentrate the attention to the center (a point seika-no-itten ). Watch balance. Too strongly do not cave in back. At inclinations do springing movements of hands and cases back. Special attention turn by the beginning of rise of the case: at first there are hands and only the case then rises.
