Rotation of the case

Rotation of the case Inclinations of the case in the parties forward and back
The front view A side view

I.P. Legs on width of shoulders, hands on a belt.

Rotation is made on four times in one and other party.

The amplitude of rotation should be maximal, thus the head should not deviate very strongly in the parties.

At performance of this exercise concentrate the attention to the center (a point seika-no-itten )
