1.
Instants (or hidari) kamae. The "Forward" leg is perpendicular to a floor, a "back" leg a straight line. The centre of gravity is located closer to a forward leg.
Hands are average position (a "forward" hand at a level of a solar plexus, "back" - at a level of a belt). |

2. From Starting position. Movement of a "back" leg movement directed aside your breast begins... | ||
3. You should make a small step so that a "back" leg... | ||
4.... Rather narrow circular movement... | ||
5.... Has stopped before your second leg. Thus the "back" hand, making rotation in a wrist (as in tenkan), moves precisely opposite to your center at a level of a belt... Watch that legs were not straightened in knees... | ||
6. From this position the step is made by back second leg... | ||
7.... Thus hands change the position... | ||
8. The "Forward" hand leaves forward, and "back" - leaves back... | ||
9. In result you appear in the opposite rack. Watch that the centre of gravity was not transferred on a back leg... Movement is made on a line (on 180є) | ||
10.To 10-th on 17 movement - there is a return in Starting position. It is made by precisely same way as well as in movements with 1-st on 9. | ||

Watch for: - The center (seika-no-itten), - A head (she should not be inclined downwards) -Knees (they should not be straightened); movement should be carried out at one vertical level without "jumps " - Balance. |
